我公司承建的山東濰坊昌樂縣生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2021年12月15日通過72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。

  The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project constructed by Huaxing East for waste-to-energy plant in Changle County, Shandong  Weifang passed 72+24 hours trial operation on Dec. 15, 2021.

  該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)1臺(tái)500t/d爐排爐式垃圾焚燒爐+1臺(tái)額定12 MW的凝汽式汽輪機(jī)+1臺(tái)12MW發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣處理采用：SNCR＋旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法脫酸（E+A）＋干法噴射＋活性炭吸附＋布袋除塵器+飛灰輸送、儲(chǔ)存及穩(wěn)定化工藝，為我司EPC工程。

  The plant will construct a 500 t/d grate incinerator + a condensing steam turbine rated at 12MW + a 12MW generator set. The FGC applied SNCR+ rotary spray semi-dry deacidification （E+A）+ dry spray + activated carbon injection + bag house filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. It's an EPC project of Huaxing East.

  與隨后的濟(jì)南市2x900t/d章丘二期項(xiàng)目共同為華星東方在山東省夯實(shí)垃圾焚燒煙氣凈化市場(chǎng)份額，打下了良好基礎(chǔ)。目前華星東方已經(jīng)在山東完成了：威海，諸城，濰坊，沂水，牟平，泰安二期，高密，淄川，臨沂，小澗西，黃島，臨淄，臨沂蘭山，文登，萊西，華潤(rùn)德州，萊州，龍口，沂源，昌樂，商河，兗州，棗莊臺(tái)兒莊等20余個(gè)項(xiàng)目，華星東方將繼續(xù)為祖國(guó)藍(lán)天事業(yè)不斷奮進(jìn)。

  Along with the subsequent 2x900 T/D Zhangqiu Phase II project in Jinan, it has laid a good foundation for Huaxing East to consolidate the market share of flue gas cleaning (FGC) for waste incineration plants in Shandong Province. Currently in Shandong, Huaxing East has accomplished more than 20 projects such as Weihai, Zhucheng, Weifang, Yishui, Mouping, Tai'an Phase II, Gaomi, Zichuan, Linyi, Xiao JianXi, Huangdao, Linzi, Linyi Lanshan, Wendeng, Laixi, Huarun Dezhou, Laizhou, Longkou, Yiyuan, Changle, Shanghe, Yanzhou, and Zaozhuang Tai'er'zhuang. Huaxing east will constantly strive for China's blue sky mission.
